These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the provision of cleaning services offered by CleanBright South Coast (referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”, or “Company”). 1. Definitions

Client / Customer: the person, business, or organisation requesting and/or paying for cleaning services.
Service: professional cleaning services from CleanBright South Coast, including residential, commercial, Airbnb/short-term rental, and related services.
Premises: the physical address where the Service will be provided.
Booking: any order, quote acceptance, reservation or request for Service via the website, phone, email or in person.


2. Acceptance of Terms

Use of our website and engagement of cleaning services constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this website or book our services.


3. Scope of Services

3.1 We provide cleaning services to the Client at the Premises specified in the Booking.
3.2 The exact services to be provided, frequency, and any special requirements will be outlined in the Booking or quote accepted by the Client.
3.3 Additional services requested during the Service may incur extra charges and must be agreed in writing before they are performed.


4. Quotes, Fees and Payments

4.1 All quotes provided are estimates based on information supplied by the Client at the time of request. Quotes may be updated if the condition of the Premises differs significantly from what was represented.
4.2 Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in AUD and exclude GST.
4.3 Payment is due as specified in the quote or invoice. For one-off services, payment must be made before or at the time of service unless agreed otherwise.
4.4 Late payments may incur a service fee or interest as permitted under Australian law.


5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 The Client must ensure the Premises are reasonably accessible and prepared for cleaning.
5.2 Provide accurate information regarding hazards, access instructions (keys, codes), pets, and any special requirements.
5.3 Secure or remove any fragile, valuable, or personal items prior to cleaning.


6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

6.1 For one-off bookings, Clients must cancel or change scheduled services by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Shorter notice may result in a cancellation fee.
6.2 For recurring services, termination or major changes require 30 days’ written notice.


7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 We carry public liability insurance and cover accidental damage caused by our staff, provided it is reported within 24 hours of service.
7.2 We are not liable for existing damage, wear and tear, or items not reasonably secured by the Client.
7.3 Except where required by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from our services.


8. Privacy and Personal Information

8.1 We collect and use personal information to provide services and respond to enquiries.
8.2 Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on the website.


9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by publishing the updated Terms on our website. Changes take effect 24 hours after publication.


10. Termination

10.1 We may refuse service or terminate a Booking at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms.
10.2 Any amounts owing by the Client at the time of termination remain payable.


11. Governing Law

The laws of New South Wales, Australia, govern these Terms. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of NSW.
